Dorado, “The Goldfish” refers to the dolphinfish, a colorful fish also know as Mahi-Mahi. It was created by Dutch navigators Pieter Dirkszoon and Frederick de Houtman. These fish were seen chasing flying fish, so Dorado was placed in the sky in pursuit of the constellation Volans, “The Flying Fish.”
